For Collectors/Buyers:

For artists: as long as the representation relationship is active or required by law.
For buyers: for 7 years (or as legally mandated) to support billing and tax compliance.
For students: until the program concludes and performance evaluation is complete.

Data is securely deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
