Return & Refund Policy

At Gallery TICA, every artwork is packaged with the utmost care to ensure it reaches you safely and in perfect condition. In the rare event of an issue, we are here to assist you — always with fairness and respect for both our artists and collectors.

1. Prints

  • Returns are accepted only if the print arrives in a damaged condition.
  • To initiate a claim, please email us at hello@gallerytica.com within 4 hours of delivery, along with a clear video showing the damage.
  • Prints must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

2. Original Artworks

  • Returns for original artworks are accepted only if the piece is damaged during transit.
  • continuous, time-stamped unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or refund.
  • Without valid proof, we will unfortunately be unable to honor the claim.

Timeline & Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and the item is received in its original condition, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
